Experian Health will be transitioning to a new SSL certificate vendor on 8/21/2025. This change may impact your ability to access eCare Next via the Next Bar. 

Follow the instructions below to determine if you will be impacted by this change: 

1. Visit: https://testsites.sectigo.com/.
2. Find Sectigo Public Server Authentication Root R46.
3. Click the “Valid” link.
4. If you don’t receive an error, your certs are updated.
